Seaside Sanatorium, located in Waterford, Connecticut, was built in 1934 as a tuberculosis hospital designed by architect Cass Gilbert. It later served as a facility for people with developmental disabilities and a nursing home before closing in 1996. There were allegations of abuse and neglect at Seaside Sanatorium, particularly during its time as a facility for people with developmental disabilities in the mid-20th century. Reports of poor conditions, inadequate care, and mistreatment of patients surfaced, reflecting broader issues within similar institutions during that era. Known for its picturesque waterfront setting, the building is now abandoned and has gained a reputation for being haunted.

Necklace 1: Moulding fragment with Tiger's Eye & Spectrolite inclusions.

Necklace 2: Grout fragment with Sheen Obsidian Inclusion.

THESE FRAGMENTS WERE NOT OBTAINED FROM WITHIN THE BUILDING. THEY WERE LEGALLY OBTAINED OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDINGS AND GATED PRIVATE AREA. We were given these fragments after they either fell, or were taken away during developer changes. DO NOT TRESPASS ON THIS PROPERTY.

If you decide to own either of these necklaces, please remain respectful and mindful of the history associated with these locations. We do not claim that these fragments are factually haunted, and cannot say either way. Please be careful while wearing!
