This Necklace is made from Resin, Aged Copper, and a Genuine Rolling Hill Asylum Tree Bark Wood Fragment.

Rolling Hills Asylum originally opened in 1827 as the Genesee County Poor Farm, a county-run institution that housed orphans, the elderly, the poor, people with disabilities, and the mentally ill. Residents worked the surrounding farm to help keep the facility self-sufficient, and the property later operated as a nursing home and infirmary before closing in 1974. Today, it is best known as a historic paranormal destination, with stories of hauntings

We here at Handmade By Hawes take items such as this (Donated to us) and try to make something beautiful and memorial out of them.
